A form for Proposals for these vacancies is available on the club notice board and must be proposed and seconded by a full member
Allocation of these places shall be by ballot with the four members with the highest number of votes being allocated the four positions to run for two years.
Proposals for the positions of Hon Secretary and Hon Treasurer should be given to the Hon Secretary and must be proposed and seconded
