New Member/Applicant Step by Step Guide.
New members are always very welcome to join Loughgall Golf Club and the following information will assist you with completing that process.
Step 1:
The new applicant must be a current member of Loughgall Country Park Golf Course before they can apply to join Loughgall Golf Club.
Step 2:
The application form (link below for downloading) must be filled in full and must include an email address, a contact mobile or landline phone number and details of any previous golf club memberships if applicable.

Step 3:
The applicant must complete 3 rounds of golf ️⛳at Loughgall Country Park golf and complete 3 scorecards (18 holes, played off the course green markers) and these cards must be filled in clearly and signed off ✏️by the applicant and a current golf club member.
This will allow for the allocation and calculation of a playing handicap.
Step 4:
Place the 3 golf scorecards and the completed application form in an envelope for the attention of the Honorary Secretary Stephen Wilson and leave it at the reception desk at the country park.
Step 5:
The golf club joining fee (£65) must be paid separately to the golf club either via PayPal or via Bank Transfer.

Step 6:
The application form will then be displayed on the Loughgall Golf Club noticeboardfor 4 weeks, then it will be put up for acceptance at the next golf club council meeting the following month.
Step 7:
If the applicant is accepted into the golf club, you will be contacted with further information on how to register and setup BRS (Golf Tee Time Booking System) and Handicap Master (the golf club scoring and results system) and a tee-time for playing on a Saturday if spaces are available.
