The 2016 season is about to begin
The first competition of the 2016 season is the Captains Drive on the 26th March – name sheet is on the notice board
get your name down for the shotgun start with a drink and a burger at the finish
Saturday the 2nd April sees the opening club competition – the Famous Grouse sponsored Stableford event
while on the following Saturday 9th April we have the Morgan Transport Stroke play competition, which this year gives the winner the opportunity to play in the Irish Open along with one of the pros – Dubai Duty Free are running regional heats with the winners playing in the Pro-am at the Irish Open – an opportunity not to be missed
the 16th April is another qualifier – The St. Andrews Qualifier – this year it is being run early to give the winners time to book hotels and flights to the home of golf – this year the final playoffs against Silverwood are held in Loughgall on Sunday 24th April
on the 23rd April we have the C&G Embroidery sponsored stroke competition
while on Friday 29th April we have an open Mixed foursomes competition – followed on Saturday 30th April and Monday 2nd May the Apple Blossom Open is being held – to win the Apple Blossom Trophy you have to play over the 2 days – Each day can be played as single competitions for those that cannot play on both days
Sunday 1st May – Loughgall host the Jimmy Buren Qualifier
