The Annual General Meeting of Loughgall Golf Club will be held in
Hoggs Bar on Tuesday 27th February 2018 at 7.30pm
when the following members shall retire from the Council
D. Coote
J Wilson
E Simpson
E. Scullion (co-opted)
Proposals for these 4 vacancies should be listed on the notice provided on the Club Noticeboard
and must be proposed and seconded by a full member
Allocation of these places shall be by ballot with the four members being allocated the four positions to run for two years
Proposals for the positions of Hon Secretary and Hon Treasurer should be given to the
Hon Secretary in writing and must be proposed and seconded as above
Any notices of motion for the above meeting should be given in writing only to the Hon Secretary and must be proposed and seconded
Closing date for proposals and Notices of Motion is Tuesday 30th January 2018
