Due to the ongoing restrictions of COVID 19 it is not possible to hold our traditional Annual General Meeting.
Council have decided to hold a virtual meeting on 30 March 2021
at 8pm via Zoom to enable the following to be completed:
Election of Captain for 2021
Election of Vice Captain for 2021
Re-election of Hon Secretary and Hon Treasurer for 2021
Adoption of Annual Accounts for the year 2020
Due to difficulties in completing secret voting for the election of Council Members, a proposal was carried at a recent Council Meeting to enable all elected Council Members, (not including officers of the Club) to serve a term of 3 years rather than two so there will be no elections for Council Members this year.
Notices of notion will not be permitted at this meeting, again due to the difficulties in completing secret voting.
to attend the AGM you will have to reply to the email that has been sent to the email address that we hold on our system

A secure link will then be sent to you to enable you to join the meeting.
When you register for the meeting, a link to the accounts for 2020 will be sent to you, any questions should be forwarded to this e-mail by 28th March to enable them to be addressed at the meeting. No questions will be taken from the floor during the meeting.
