The Weekly Challenge was won with a score of 43 points, so while some people were fighting in the superstores Cecil Brownlee was crafting the winning round of golf on LGC fairways and greens, the next best score was that of Willie McWilliams….41 points. The weather has taken its toll on the numbers entering this week but hopefully its only a blip…. maybe its the effects of black Friday?
On Saturday we had a non-qualifying Stableford competition, first place went to Derick Hynes with 46 points…good scoring, Pat McCrory was 3 shots behind on 43 points and Sam Jenkins had the best gross score of 3 under par ….45 points, this game is far too easy for some…. well done fellas excellent scores!
Remember PRIZE NIGHT is December 5th at 8pm in Hoggs Bar, we also have a simulator on the night to give you a taste of the proposed indoor golf competition we are hoping to run in January, so turn up and enjoy….putting competition too.
