The Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 26th February 2013
There are 2 vacancies on the Council this year – proposals for these vacancies can be listed on the form attached to the club notice board
and must be proposed and seconded by a Full member
Any notices of motion for the above meeting should be given in writing only to the Hon Secretary and must be proposed and seconded
Closing date for proposals and Notices of Motion is Tuesday 5th February 2013
All members will receive their Agenda in the post prior to the meeting
