You can download the latest excel sheet showing block booked tee times for each Saturday morning throughout the 2008 Season. The excel sheet will have on it when it was last updated.

New Amendments to Saturday Morning Tee Time Rules
Members please read...

Due to a number of players abusing the tee time schedule – a number of new amendments to the rules have been brought in by the committee.

1. Players must play at their own booked tee time.

2. If a player knows he will not be able to play in his allotted tee time on the coming Saturday, then he must cancel it by phoning or emailing the tee time coordinator that week. This leaves it available to other members who haven’t got tee time slots and who can then book the available tee time for that week’s competition.

Final time to cancel a Tee Time will be on Friday the night prior to the competition at 6pm. Anything after will be deemed as failing to play and will be recorded as so unless there has been an exceptional circumstance.

3. A player who fails to cancel 3 times will be brought to council by letter, their competition tee time removed from them and will only be reinstated on the time sheet by council approval.

4. It has come to the committee’s attention that some members use their allotted tee time on a Saturday morning but do not enter that week’s competition, especially stroke competitions. Tee times slots on a Saturday morning are for club members competing in that weeks competition and all members are encouraged to support the club and to enter as many competitions as they can.

Anyone who is noted availing of a tee time on a Saturday morning whilst a competition is in progress BUT does not enter the competition will not be able to win a prize in the next competition they enter. The committee will also be made aware of members who constantly abuse the tee time schedule.

5. Names of offenders each week will be forwarded to council and action on the above will be immediate.

The above will take effect on the 14th July 2007.

TEE TIME BLOCK BOOKING RULES

1. All players must be on the Tee Box and ready to play at the allocated Tee time.
( Anyone not on the tee box in time the rest of the group must play on )

2. Cards MUST be entered on the computer and stamped by the starter.
( Please note the Time and the date is printed on the card and any card not entered before the members tee time will be Nil and Void)

3. No one can use a tee time without playing in a competition.

4. Anyone cancelling a tee time must do before the Tuesday of the competition.
(A sheet will be on the notice board for forward cancellations )

Anyone who fails to cancel or fails to give a reason before the Monday after the competition will LOOSE his Tee time.

( Anyone found to breach these rules will face disciplinary action.)

DUE TO THE NUMBERS OF MEMBERS LOOKING TEE TIMES THE ABOVE WILL BE ENFORCED STRONGLY THIS YEAR.

Members who have not a tee time can play if a member cancels as the time sheets will be on the notice board each Tuesday and can enter his name in a blank spot. Or can wait for a spot on the Saturday morning.

However a four ball cannot push in if there is a slight opportunity as this will slow down play on the course.
