Annual General Meeting of Loughgall Golf Club - Proposals for Committee Members

The Annual General Meeting of Loughgall Golf Club will be held in Kilmore Parish Hall, Loughgall on Tuesday 23 February 2010 at 7.45pm when the following members shall retire from the Committee:-

Mr D Chadwick
Mr J Kennedy (acting Hon Secretary)
Mr J Armstrong (resigned)
Mr C White (resigned)

Proposals for these 4 vacancies should be listed below and must be proposed and seconded by a full member.

Allocation of these places shall be by ballot with the four members with the highest number of votes being allocated the four positions to run for two years.

Proposals for the positions of Hon Secretary and Hon Treasurer should be given to the acting Hon Secretary in writing and must be proposed and seconded.

Any notices of motions for the above meeting should be given in writing only to the acting Hon Secretary and must be proposed and seconded.

Closing date for proposals and Notices of Motion is 2 February 2010.
